Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 250 gms diced paneer (cut into thick pieces)


  • 1bowl thick hung curd


  • 1/2cup diced capsicum


  • 1/2cup diced onion and tomatoes


  • 3tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2tsp mint coriander chutney


  • 1tsp ajjwain (carrom seeds)


  • 3/4th tsp salt


  • 1/2tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2cup onion rings


  • 1tsp chaat masala


  • 1/4th tsp orange color


  • 2tsp butter for grilling


  • 1/2tsp mustard oil

Directions

  • Marinate paneer with hung curd,ajjwain,salt,black pepper,ginger garlic paste ,onion, tomatoes ,capsicum and mustard oil for atleast 6 hours.
  • Divide paneer in 3 proportions.
  • 1 part to remain as it is.
  • Add mint coriander chutney in 2nd part.
  • Add orange color in third part.
  • Set them in skewers.
  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Keep the set skewers in a pan.
  • Grill for 7-8mins or till done.
  • Sprinkle lots of chaat masala on the top of it.Serve hot with mint coriander chutney and onion rings.
