Marinate paneer with hung curd,ajjwain,salt,black pepper,ginger garlic paste ,onion, tomatoes ,capsicum and mustard oil for atleast 6 hours.
Divide paneer in 3 proportions.
1 part to remain as it is.
Add mint coriander chutney in 2nd part.
Add orange color in third part.
Set them in skewers.
Heat butter in a pan.
Keep the set skewers in a pan.
Grill for 7-8mins or till done.
Sprinkle lots of chaat masala on the top of it.Serve hot with mint coriander chutney and onion rings.
