Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/3 cup scrambled paneer

  • 2 grated Potatoes

  • 2 tblspn corn flour

  • 1 tspn garam masala powder

  • 1/2 tspn cumin powder

  • 1 tspn red chilli powder

  • 1 tspn oregano

  • 1 tspn salt or to taste

  • For 1 bowl batter

  • 2 tblspn maida

  • 2 tblspn cornflour

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions

    In a large bowl add paneer , grated potatoes, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, oregano and salt. Now add corn flour and mix .

    Now, take a bit of the paneer mixture and make a small ball.

  • 03

    Make similar size of balls out of the remaining mixture.

    To make batter , take maida and cornflour in a bowl. Add water and salt as required and make a thick batter

    Heat oil in a pan. Dip the balls in batter and roll them in bread crumbs. Drop them in hot oil.

    Deep fry the ball in low to medium flame until they turn golden brown.

    Remove them from oil and place them in an absorbent paper. So that it absorbs the excess oil.

    Serve them hot with Sauce.
