Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/3 cup scrambled paneer


  • 2 grated Potatoes


  • 2 tblspn corn flour


  • 1 tspn garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tspn cumin powder


  • 1 tspn red chilli powder


  • 1 tspn oregano


  • 1 tspn salt or to taste


  • For 1 bowl batter


  • 2 tblspn maida


  • 2 tblspn cornflour


  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions

  • In a large bowl add paneer , grated potatoes, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, oregano and salt. Now add corn flour and mix .
  • Now, take a bit of the paneer mixture and make a small ball.
  • Make similar size of balls out of the remaining mixture.
  • To make batter , take maida and cornflour in a bowl. Add water and salt as required and make a thick batter
  • Heat oil in a pan. Dip the balls in batter and roll them in bread crumbs. Drop them in hot oil.
  • Deep fry the ball in low to medium flame until they turn golden brown.
  • Remove them from oil and place them in an absorbent paper. So that it absorbs the excess oil. 
  • Serve them hot with Sauce.
