Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Sabudana (2 hours soaked) - 1 cup

  • Boiled and mashed potato - 1 cup

  • Chopped vegetables - 1 cup(tomato, capsicum, green chilli and coriander)

  • Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon

  • Sendha namak - as par taste or 1 teaspoon

  • Ghee - for deep-frying or 1 cup

Directions

    Drain extra water from sabudana and leave for 1 hour.

  • 02

    Mix all ingredients and make soft dough

  • 03

    Take small portion from the dough and make cutlets.

  • 04

    Heat ghee in a pan and deep fry all cutlets until they are golden brown.

  • 05

    Now serve hot crispy sabudana cutlets with vrat chutney/curd
