Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled rice


  • 1 cup boiled tuvar daal


  • 1 tsp rice flour for binding


  • 1 cup boiled mashed patato


  • 1/2 tsp sweet corn


  • 1/4 tsp capsicum


  • chopped 2 tsp garlic


  • chopped 2 tsp ginger


  • chopped 2 tsp green chili chopped


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp chopped coriander


  • 1/4 tsp Salt to taste


  • For paneer eggs 1/2 cup paneer grated


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1/8 tsp Salt to taste


  • Mint and coriander chutney 1 cup mint leaves


  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves 1 green chilli 1/2 wedge lemon juice 1/4 tsp jeera 1/4 tsp chat masala Black salt, salt, to taste water as required


  • Assemble Stuffing 1 tsp chopped apple 1 tsp chopped plum 1 tsp pomegranate 1 tsp boiled sweet corn 1/2 lemon juice Salt, honey, black pepper, chatmasala to taste

Directions

  • To make the tikki, take all the ingredients in a bowl adjust the seasoning and combine well. šŸ‘‰ Shaped the tikki into round and make a small dent in the center with your thumb to from the nest shap. šŸ‘‰ Now deep these in a thin batter made with rice flour Or cornflour optional and water than coat in broken vermicelli at this point the tikki should look like nest. šŸ‘‰ chill the bird nest for few minutes. šŸ‘‰ Now on a lan heat oil and shallow fry tikki Or u also deep fry optional. šŸ‘‰ For the paneer eggs mix the ingredients a bowl shape into small eggs and shallow fry or stem or deep fry optional, paneer eggs are ready. šŸ‘‰ prepare the green chutney by mixing all the ingredients in a mixer pot and grind it. šŸ‘‰ For the assemble Take a nest add a spoon of stuffing and green chutney in the center add fresh coriander leves and place 3 small eggs over it. šŸ‘‰ Served with green chutney, fruit chat.
