In a double boiler or in microwave melt chocolate and butter, till smooth. let it cool for some time.
Preheat oven at 170C for 12-15min. Line, grease and prepare a rectangle tin 8×6 inches.
Make condensed milk by mixing ingredients mentioned; cream, milk powder and sugar and heat till smooth and incorporated.
When chocolate cools add sugar and cocoa powder and mix.
Now add flour, baking powder, condensed milk and half of milk and mix everything together.
If the batter looks very thick, then only add more milk.
Immediately pour in Prepared tin. Spread evenly by tapping on kitchen counter or with help of spatula.
Bake for 25-30 minutes for fudgy brownies. Bake for 20-25 minutes for fudgy texture.
