  • 1/2 tsp haldi pwd


  • 1 tsp coriander pwd


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp sabji masala


  • 1/2 tsp methi dana


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1 sprig coriander leave


  • 2 tsp besan


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic ka pest


  • 1 pinch salt

  • eggplant ko ache se dho le uske 4 cut kare ek pain me thoda oil dal ke golden brown hone tak Fri kare ab pain me oil dale garam hone ke bad methi Dana hing dal de ache se mix kare uske bad onion dal ke cook kare ginger garlic ka pest dal de sare masala add kar de ache bhoon jaye tb usme besan dal de aur thoda sa water dal ke bhoon le jb oil chodne lage tb usme water dal de aur curd ko dal ke ache se mix kare salt dal de low flame me ek boil apne ke bad eggplant dal de 5 min book hone ke bad gass off kare aur coriander leave dal ke sarve kare eggplant curd curry
