Keep the hung curd for 1 day in the fridge so that it becomes thick or tight.
Take a mixing bowl and finely mash paneer in it.
Mix hung curd in it by adding chopped green chilli and coriander leaves.
mix it.
Now add all the dry spice ingredient in it except bread slice
mix it well.
now heat the oil in a kadai.
on the other hand take a bread slice by cutting the edges and after cutting wet the slice little bit.
Stuff 1 tbsp paneer mixture in it.
Now fold it very slowly so that paneer stuffing does not comes out from any where.
Paste the edges with water.
Press the edges slightly.
Drop it in the heated oil.
Deep fry from both the side of it.
When gets brown and crisp then remove it on the plate.
Cut these bombs from the middle.
Serve these paneer bombs with thai sauce.
