Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 bowls hung curd


  • 1 bowls finely mashed paneer


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 1 tsp tandoori masala


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 8 nos wheat bread slices


  • 1 bowls oil for frying

Directions

  • Keep the hung curd for 1 day in the fridge so that it becomes thick or tight.
  • Take a mixing bowl and finely mash paneer in it.
  • Mix hung curd in it by adding chopped green chilli and coriander leaves.
  • mix it.
  • Now add all the dry spice ingredient in it except bread slice
  • mix it well.
  • now heat the oil in a kadai.
  • on the other hand take a bread slice by cutting the edges and after cutting wet the slice little bit.
  • Stuff 1 tbsp paneer mixture in it.
  • Now fold it very slowly so that paneer stuffing does not comes out from any where.
  • Paste the edges with water.
  • Press the edges slightly.
  • Drop it in the heated oil.
  • Deep fry from both the side of it.
  • When gets brown and crisp then remove it on the plate.
  • Cut these bombs from the middle.
  • Serve these paneer bombs with thai sauce.
