In a pan take water and add green chilli paste , cumin ,sesame seeds and salt. Bring it to boil.
When water comes to boil add rice flour and roasted chanadal powder in small batches.
Cook it for 10 to 12 minitues on low to medium flame. Then transfer it in a plate.
In a bowl take chopped veggies , ketchup , mayonnaise , scezwan chutney and salt. Mix it well.
Make small balls from rice flour dough and then flatten it on a palm.
Put stuffing in the centre.
Give shape of bullets.
Deep fry all the bullets.
Serve it with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
