Ingredients

  • Paneer 250gm


  • Tomatoes 4 medium


  • Cashew 10 to 15


  • Watermelon seeds 1/2 laddle


  • Cardamom 5nos


  • Bay leaves 2nos


  • Ginger garlic 1tbsp


  • Creaam 1bowl


  • Red food colour 1 pinch


  • Honey 1tbsp


  • Mawa 1/2 bowl


  • Butter 100gm


  • Oil 1tbsp


  • Salt as per taste (1tsp)


  • Kashmiri mirch 1tsp


  • Corriander powder 1tbsp


  • Dry fenuvreek leaves 1tbsp

Directions

  • Take a pan
  • Add half water..boil it ...add tomatoes,cashewd, watermelon seeds,cardmom,bay leaves
  • Boil and cool it
  • Grind then and strain its puree
  • Now in a pan heat butter and oil
  • Put ginger garlic ...and this puree
  • Cook it on low flame,,,add salt and red chilly, coriander powder
  • Add mawa and mix....
  • Now put red food colour, dry fenugreek leaves
  • Cook on low flame,add honey andcream...give a boil...set consistancy
  • Mix paneer cook for 2 minutes....and cover the pan
  • Now its ready
