Activate dry yeast by mixing warm milk and sugar to it. Rest it for 10 minutes.
Now add maida, activated yeast, 3 tablespoons of oil, salt to make a soft dough using some warm water.
Knead this dough for 12 minutes for generating gluten
After kneading the dough, divide it into 3 parts 50%, 25% , and 25%.
First 50% part - Put it in a greased bowl and cover it. Rest for 1 hour or until it gets double in size.
Second 25% part dough - Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of water. Knead it very well and put it in a greased bowl and cover it. Rest for 1 hour or until it gets double in size.
Third 25% part dough - Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 2 teaspoons of warm water. Knead it very well and put it in a greased bowl and cover it. Rest for 1 hour or until it gets double in size.
When all the doughs become double in size, then knead them again for 2 minutes and divide them into 8 parts each.
Take second 25% part dough and take a part to make a stick from it. The length of the stick should be according to the bread tin size.
Take third 25% part of the dough and take a part to roll it in cylindrical shape using a rolling pin. The length should be of bread tin size.
Take the first 50% part of the dough now and take a part to roll it in cylindrical shape using a rolling pin. The length should be of bread tin size.
Take one stick from the second 25% part and put it at the center of the third 25% part. Roll it into a cylindrical shape to make a stick.
Now place these sticks at the center of the first 50% part and roll it into a cylindrical shape to make a stick
Repeat this process with all parts and put all 8 sticks in a greased bread tin and cover with a cloth.
Rest for an hour or until it gets double in size.
Bake it in preheated oven at 180 degrees C. for 40 minutes. When baking, put a glass of water in the oven.
When the bread is completely cooled down, cut it.
