Wash and drain the rice flakes, keep aside.
Combine all the ingredients for nest and mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a round ball.
Press in center with thumb and shape as a bird nest.
Dip each nest in the batter and coat in vermicelli till evenly coated from all the sides.
Keep aside and frezze 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadhai on a midium flame and deep fry the nest till they are golden brown
Drain on an absorbent paper.
Take one nest and put 3to4 balls in nest.
Garnish with peas, coariander leaves.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
