3 Onion (Finely chopped )
1 Tomato ( finely chopped)
1 Capsicum ( finely chopped)
11/2 cup Tomato puree
1/4 cup boiled Vegetables ( carrot , french beans and green pieces
1 cube Cheese
1 tbsp green chilli paste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander and cumin powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Punjabi gravy masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp kasuri methi
2 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp ghee or butter
In a non stick Pan take ghee and oil . when it heated add chopped onions to it.
When onion turns pink add tomato puree.
When oil saperates add all the masalas including green chilli paste and ginger garlic paste.
Add 2 tbsp water and saute for 1 mimute.
Now add boiled vegetables , chopped tomato and chopped capsicum to it. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add grated cheese and paneer to it. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Decorate with coriander , grated paneer and grated cheese.
Serve with roti , naan , paratha or rice....
