2 Ears of Corn on the Cob
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 Cup Cilantro
3 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
2 Tsp Honey
Salt
Black Pepper
8 Oz Cooked Pasta
2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion
1 Avocado
Directions
Microwave corn for 7 minutes
Remove from skin, glaze with olive oil and roast
Combine cilantro, oilve oil, garlic, chilii powder, and honey in food processor
Separate kernels by slicing, add to cooked pasta along wiith tomato,red onion and avocado
