Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Paneer - 150gm


  • Corn flour - 1 tablespoon


  • All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon


  • Red chilli powder - 1teaspoon


  • Soya sauce - 2 teaspoon


  • Salt - 1teaspoon


  • Oil - 1cup


  • Ginger - 1inch (finely chopped)


  • Garlic - 5cloves (finely chopped)


  • Onion - 1 medium sized (cube chopped)


  • Tomato - 1 medium sized (cube chopped)


  • Capsicum - 1 medium sized (cube chopped)


  • Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon


  • Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Sezwan chutney - 1 tablespoon


  • Green chilli sauce - 1teaspoon

Directions

  • Take a bowl add all purpose flour, corn flour, 1teaspoon soya sauce, red chilli powder, salt to taste, and water to semi thick batter.
  • Cut the Paneer in cube then dip it in batter and fry it till it golden brown.
  • Take another pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add ginger garlic saute then add onion fry for 1min then add tomato and capsicum fry for 1min.
  • Add all the sauces, vinegar, Sezwan chutney fry for 1min then add corn flour left batter and 2tablespoons water cook for 1min.
  • Add fried panner cook for 1min then turn off the flame.
  • Dry Sezwan Paneer is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
