Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 12 nos bread slices


  • 2 cups for batter:rawa


  • 1 cups rice flour


  • 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes


  • 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum


  • 2 tbsp chopper coriander


  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 2 tbsp for tempering:oil


  • 2-3 tsp mustard seeds


  • 2 tsp finely chopped green chilli


  • 2 tsp curry leaves


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 cups for stuffing:carrot grated


  • 1/2 cups cabbage grated


  • 2 nos onion finely chopped


  • 20 nos french beans chopped


  • 3-4 nos green chillies finely chopped


  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 cups grated cheese

Directions

  • For stuffing:Mix all the ingredients of stuffing and keep aside.
  • Now make a thick rawa batter by mixing rawa, rice flour,salt,finely chopped tomatoes and capsicum with little water.
  • Next heat oil.Add rai,curry leaves,green chillies and red chilli powder.
  • Immediately pour over the batter and mix well Your rawa batter is ready.
  • Next take a bread slice.Spread the vegetable mixture over it.
  • Now dip it into the rawa batter and coat nicely.
  • Shallow frying it on tawa using oil till brown and crunchy.
  • Cut it into desire shapes.
  • Ready!!Serve it with ketchup
