Take a big patela add 1 liter milk to it and boil continuously till it became thick
Now add crumbled paneer to it and stir continuously
Now add khoya to it
Add chopped nuts
Lastly add milkmaid and cardamom powder to it and switch off the gas
Preheat oven in 180℃ for 5 minutes
Pour kheer in a baking dish
Bake like water bath
Take a big tray add water to it now put your baking dish in this water filled tray and baked it for 45 minutes
After bake put it in refrigerator for chill
Its ready to serve chill
