1/2cup daliya soaked in water for 1hr
1/2cup mashed paneer
4tsp capsicum chopped
4tsp carrot chopped
4tsp fresh coriander chopped
1green chilli finely chopped
1tsp chaat masala
3/4th tsp salt
1/2tsp garam masala
1/4th tsp red chilli powder
1/2cup breadcrumbs
1tsp ginger garlic paste
Directions
Chopp al the veggies nicely
Now mix all the ingredients in a plate.
Mix nicely and shape the balls upto your choice
In a non stick pan,heat oil.
Put the balls and shallow fry them from both the sides.
In 7 minutes,they will be ready.
Serve hot this healthy snack with any sauce of your choice
