Ingredients

  • 1cup maida


  • 1 1tsp mixed herbs


  • 1 1tsp garlic paste


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1tsp sugar


  • 3/4th tsp dry instant yeast


  • 1/2cup warm water


  • 1/2 1/2tsp chilli flakes


  • 1tsp butter


  • 1cup salt for spreading in cooker for baking


  • 6tsp grated cheese

Directions

  • First of al,dissolve sugar in warm lukewarm water
  • Then add yeast to it.let it sit for 10 mins till a froth appears on it.
  • Now mix maida,salt and 1/2tsp garlic paste.
  • Knead a dough with yeast mix water.
  • Apply 1tsp oil on a dough.knead for 1 more minute.cover it and let it rest for complete 1 hour.
  • After 1 hr...the dough will poof up double.
  • Divide it in two equal parts.
  • Roll it like a roti.Spread grated cheese, corns ,mixed herbs and anything of your choice.
  • Cover it nicely with another half and seal the edges very nicely.
  • Now make the slits. (not too deep) just to mark the cuts.
  • Spread some more butter,garlic paste and chilli flakes on top of it and adjust it on the cooker plate.
  • Put salt in cooker.keep a bowl/cutter on salt to maintain height.then keep a baking plate on it.
  • Cover it and bake it on sim for complete 35minutes.
  • Back of bread will look like this.
  • Front will be like this..
  • Enjoy hot garlic bread with or without dip!
  • Few Notes..**1-Always make the roti dough according to the size of your baking plate. 2-Cover the cooker with any aluminium plate or if you use its cover then remove whistle and gasket.**
