Ingredients

  • 500 grams paneer 1 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala 4 tablespoon refined oil 1 1/2 teaspoon thymol seeds 3 tablespoon fresh cream 5 tablespoon crushed to paste cashews 5 tablespoon cheese cubes 1 1/2 teaspoon powdered green cardamom 2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon ginger paste 2 teaspoon garlic paste 1 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder

Directions

  • 1- To start with this delicious dish, cut the paneer into cubes and keep it aside for a while. Crush the cashews and grate cheese cubes in it and grind them to form a thick paste. 2- Next, take a large bowl and add cashews and cheese paste, ginger and garlic paste, white pepper powder, salt, green cardamom powder, fresh cream and thymol seeds. Mix all the ingredients and keep this marinade aside for a while. 3- Now, marinate the paneer cubes with this marinade and keep aside for about 20-30 minutes. 4- After sometime, gently place the marinated paneer cubes on the skewers by pricking it slightly. Then, grill these paneer skewers for another 10 minutes or so. You can baste it with refined oil. (Note: If you are using the bell peppers, cut them into large slices and place them one by one in between these marinated paneer cubes.) 5- Once grilled, take off the skewers from the grill and serve warm. Sprinkle the chaat masala on the prepared malai paneer tikka and serve immediately.
