100 grms paneer
1/2 cup hung curd
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chat masala powder
2 tbsp cashew powder
2 tbsp almond powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 cup onions cut into cubes
1/2 cup capsicum cut into cubes
1/2 cup tomatoes de seeded cut into cubes
6-8 barbeque sticks (soak in water for 15mins before use)
2-3 tbsp oil
Cut the paneer into medium size cubes.
In a bowl take hung curd, fresh cream and mix all the dry spices mentioned in ingredients list.
Whisk nicely and make a smooth batter.
Now add the paneer cubes, onion cubes, capsicum cubes, tomato cubes.
Mix nicely with light hand and Marinate for 20-30 mins.
Now in a barbeque sticks first insert capsicum cube then tomatoe cube the onion cube then paneer cube again capsium,onion and tomato cubes.
Now heat a grill pan.
Brush some oil.
Now put the prepared barbeque sticks in the grill pan.
Grill for 10mins in slow heat.
Turn and brush some oil. And cook another side for 5-8 mins.
Serve hot with chutney/ salads.
