1&1/2 cup curd
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon chat masala powder
1/2 teaspoon tandoori masala powder
2 tablespoon lemon juice
5 tablespoons butter
A pinch of Red food color
1 large capsicum (cut into bite size cubes)
1 large onion (cut into 2inches cubes)
Cut paneer into bite size cubes. Keep aside.
Mix all the spices powder in bowl (salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, chat masala powder, tandoori masala powder, cumin powder)
Add spices in curd and mix it well. Add paneer in it and mix gently.
Add onion, capsicum n lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients very gently. Refrigerate it for 1 hours.
Grease skewers with oil. Take skewers and start threading marinated onion, capsicum and paneer. Insert 2 pieces paneer in each with onion and capsicum in same order.
Heat butter on nonstick tawa. Place 3 skewers on tawa n shallow fry paneer tikka from all the sides.
Transfer it to a plate and serve tawa paneer tikka with green chutney, onion rings n lemon
