Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 400gm paneer


  • 1&1/2 cup curd


  • Salt to taste


  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon tandoori masala powder


  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice


  • 5 tablespoons butter


  • A pinch of Red food color


  • 1 large capsicum (cut into bite size cubes)


  • 1 large onion (cut into 2inches cubes)


  • 8 skewers

Directions

  • Cut paneer into bite size cubes. Keep aside.
  • Mix all the spices powder in bowl (salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, chat masala powder, tandoori masala powder, cumin powder)
  • Add spices in curd and mix it well. Add paneer in it and mix gently.
  • Add onion, capsicum n lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients very gently. Refrigerate it for 1 hours.
  • Grease skewers with oil. Take skewers and start threading marinated onion, capsicum and paneer. Insert 2 pieces paneer in each with onion and capsicum in same order.
  • Heat butter on nonstick tawa. Place 3 skewers on tawa n shallow fry paneer tikka from all the sides.
  • Transfer it to a plate and serve tawa paneer tikka with green chutney, onion rings n lemon
