Sieve flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt. Keep it aside
Blend sugar and butter until creamy
Add egg and blend until smooth and frothy
Add lemon juice, Vanilla extract and red food colouring. Blend well
Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until well combined
Add chopped chocolate chunks and fold gently
Cover vessel with cling wrap. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours
Take spoonful of Dough. Coat with powdered sugar
Place on parchment paper on Baking tray. Flatten the Cookies slightly
Leave gap of 4-5 cm between Cookies. Do until dough is completed
Bake for 10-12 minutes in preheated oven at 180 until they are cracked
Cool on baking tray for 25 minutes
Cool on wire rack completely
Store in airtight container
