Take a Wok . Add oil to it and fry onions till golden brown.
Marinate the Paneer with 2 tspn curd , red chilli powder, salt and color ( optional ) for 15 minutes or more.
Now make a paste of tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, poppy seeds, cashewnuts, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, and fried onion.
Fry the marinated paneer for 2 minutes. Take it out and add the above grinded paste in the same oil. Add garam masala and kasuri methi.
Cook till oil separates. Add paneer to it. Then take 2 tspn of fresh cream .
Add this cream to your paneer gravy.
Switch off the gas. Make sure you dont cook after adding cream. Now take it in a bowl and garnish with grated paneer and coriander leaves. Your Paneer Lapeta is ready.
