Wheat flour 1 cup
Maida 1/2 cup
Ajwain 1/2 spoon
Oil 500 gms
Salt 3/4 spoon
Water 150 ml
Knead wheat flour and maida together with salt, ajwain and 2 spoons oil into a smooth dough.
Keep it closed with a wet cloth for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes divide this dough into 2 portion.
Prepare a big Chapathi with 1 portion of the dough.
Cut this into 5 small circles with the help of a lid.
Arrange this circles one over other as shown in the picture.
Roll this tightly.
Cut this in the centre.
You will get 2 roses.
Flat it with your finger and deep fry it in low flame until the whole rose is cooked and crunchy.
Fry it until brown colour so they are cooked inside also.
This looks beautiful and attracts kids and elders.

Repeat this process with other portion of the dough
