Serves 4

  • 2cups crumbled panner (cottage cheese)

  • 1/2cup boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes

  • 1tsp chilli powder

  • 2tsp grated garlic

  • 2to3 green chilli finely chopped

  • 1tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1tsp red chilli sauce

  • 1tsp salt to taste

  • 1tsp chhat masala

  • 1/2cup boiled noodles

  • For deep frying oil 2cup

  • 1tsp corn flour

    Combine the paneer, potatoes,chilli powder, garlic,green chilli,tomato ketchup, corn flour, chaat masala,and salt

    Mix well and divide the mixture into equal portions.

    Shape each portion into a long cylindrical roll.

    Wrap some noodels around each roll.

    Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry a few at a time, till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.

    Drain on absorbent paper.

  • 07

    Serve hot with schezuan sauce.

    Ensure that the noodles are boiled along their whole length, so they can be wrapped arond the paneer mix easily.

    You can also use tofu.
