2cups crumbled panner (cottage cheese)
1/2cup boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes
1tsp chilli powder
2tsp grated garlic
2to3 green chilli finely chopped
1tbsp tomato ketchup
1tsp red chilli sauce
1tsp salt to taste
1tsp chhat masala
1/2cup boiled noodles
For deep frying oil 2cup
1tsp corn flour
Combine the paneer, potatoes,chilli powder, garlic,green chilli,tomato ketchup, corn flour, chaat masala,and salt
Mix well and divide the mixture into equal portions.
Shape each portion into a long cylindrical roll.
Wrap some noodels around each roll.
Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry a few at a time, till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with schezuan sauce.
Ensure that the noodles are boiled along their whole length, so they can be wrapped arond the paneer mix easily.
You can also use tofu.
