Potato French Fries

Wash the potatoes,peel it,cut into french fries shape,and wash 3_4 times

Then put it in ice cold water for half hour

Then drain water and dry french fries on kitchen towel for 10 min

Then heat the oil and fry it till crispy,then add black paper powder,mint coriander powder,chat masala and mix well

serve with ketchup.
