Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 500 gms big size potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp mint_coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp black paper powder
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala

Directions

  • Wash the potatoes,peel it,cut into french fries shape,and wash 3_4 times
  • Then put it in ice cold water for half hour
  • Then drain water and dry french fries on kitchen towel for 10 min
  • Then heat the oil and fry it till crispy,then add black paper powder,mint coriander powder,chat masala and mix well
  • serve with ketchup.
