Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup coconut milk


  • 2 cup rice


  • 1 tsp mustard seed


  • 3 piece of banyan leaf


  • 3 cardamom


  • 2 cinnamon stick


  • 2 cloves


  • 1 curry leafs


  • 2 green chili


  • 1 onion


  • Salt 1 pinch


  • 1 cup water


  • 2 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Take a pan and heat it.
  • Pour 2 tsp ghee ,and add mustard seeds, pieces of banyan leafs cardamon
  • Cinnamon stick,cloves,
  • Curry leafs, green chili , chopped onion
  • Add salt for taste
  • Stir it and add 2 cup of washed rice. Any rice can be used.
  • Stir it with the mix.
  • And 1 cup thick coconut milk, and 1 cup water.
  • Close the pan with a led , and leave it for 5 mints.
  • Stir again and transfer into a plate and serve.
