Take a pan and heat it.
Pour 2 tsp ghee ,and add mustard seeds, pieces of banyan leafs cardamon
Cinnamon stick,cloves,
Curry leafs, green chili , chopped onion
Add salt for taste
Stir it and add 2 cup of washed rice. Any rice can be used.
Stir it with the mix.
And 1 cup thick coconut milk, and 1 cup water.
Close the pan with a led , and leave it for 5 mints.
Stir again and transfer into a plate and serve.
