Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gm Minced chicken


  • 1/2 cup fried onion


  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic


  • 1 tbsp ginger


  • 2 tbsp roasted chana powder


  • 1/2 tbsp chilly powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 3-4 tbsp ghee


  • 2-3 garlic pod


  • 2 inch long charcoal


  • 2 tbsp roasted masala ( cumin, pepper, coriander, long, cinnamon, cardamom , nutmeg, big cardamom, bay leaf, snauf shah jeera . dry roasted them and ground them to paste ))


  • 1/2 cup Chopped coriander


  • 2-3 nos green chillies

Directions

  • Dry roast the whole masala .
  • Put masala with onion, ginger, garlic green chillies and make them into paste.
  • Add masala paste, roasted chana powder, salt , chilly powder , 1 tbsp ghee with minced chicken and mix properly. Keep for 10 minutes marination.
  • Add chopped coriander and divided into balls.
  • Make them flatten and heat ghee in pan and shallow fry till both side are well cooked.
  • Set one.bowl in the middle of the fried kabab and put burning charcoal ,add garlic pod and ghee. Put lid on kabab pan for 2 minutes.
  • Charcoal flavour Dilshahi kabab is ready . Serve with dip.
