Dry roast the whole masala .
Put masala with onion, ginger, garlic green chillies and make them into paste.
Add masala paste, roasted chana powder, salt , chilly powder , 1 tbsp ghee with minced chicken and mix properly. Keep for 10 minutes marination.
Add chopped coriander and divided into balls.
Make them flatten and heat ghee in pan and shallow fry till both side are well cooked.
Set one.bowl in the middle of the fried kabab and put burning charcoal ,add garlic pod and ghee. Put lid on kabab pan for 2 minutes.
Charcoal flavour Dilshahi kabab is ready . Serve with dip.
