Ingredients

Serves : 35
  • 1 cup maida


  • 1/4 cup wheat flour (aata)


  • 1 tablespoon salt


  • 1 cup water


  • 1/4 cup poha


  • 1/4 cup capcium


  • 1/4 cup carrot


  • 1/4 cup onion


  • 1/4 cup cabbage


  • 4 tablespoon beans


  • 2 tablespoon mixed herbs


  • 1/4 tablespoon salt or to taste

Directions

  • In a bowl put maida,atta,salt,water and knead a soft dough and keep it aside
  • In a bowl take carrot,cabbage,capcium,beans,onion,salt,mixed herbs and mash it with your hands
  • Then put poha on it and star mashing and it became dry
  • Now take our dough and divide it into small pieces and start rolling it
  • Now take one piece of it and spread some oil and maida and cover with other piece
  • And then again roll like roti
  • Now bake it half in a hot tawa and open it
  • And cut all into three parts
  • And take one part and make samosa shape and put some mixture of it
  • And cover it with maida paste
  • For making maida paste put some maida on a cup and some water and make a paste
  • And fry it well
  • Your mini samosa are ready to eat 😋😋😋😋
