Jhatpat Chaat is a quick and easy recipe. TIPS: 1. You can use boiled freezed White Chickpeas and Red Beans in it. It will take 15 minutes to prepare with freezed items. Just put the freezed ingredients in hot water for few minutes separately. 2. Second option: you can boil overnight soaked Chickpeas for 15 -20 minutes in pressure cooker and Red Beans for 30-35 minutes. Meanwhile, cut your selected vegetables. 3. Mix all ingredients at one time. Otherwise, tomatoes can leave water as well as crisp taste can be lost :)
