Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Paneer: 1 cup cubed

  • Onions: 1 finely sliced

  • Capsicum: 2 sliced

  • Green chillies: 2

  • Garlic: 1 tbsp finely chopped

  • Corn flour: 1 /2 cup

  • Salt: 1 tsp

  • Black pepper powder: 1 tsp

  • Soya sauce: 2 tbsp

  • Tomato sauce: 1 tbsp

  • Red chilli sauce: 2 tbsp

  • Vegetable oil: 3 tbsp 1/2 cup for frying

Directions

    Prepare batter by mixing together corn flour,soya sauce, Red Chilli sauce,little salt and water.

    Heat oil in a wok. Dip the pander cubes in prepared batter and deep fry till golden brown. Drain and keep aside.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok,add garlic and saute for a minute.

    Add onion and saute till it turns soft.

    Add capsicum and saute for 2 to 3 mins.

    Add salt and black pepper powder and toss.

    Add all thr sauces at this stage and mix well.

    Now add the fried paneer cubes to the pan and mix well.

    Add little water to the remaining batter and add this to the pan.

    Cook for a minute till the sauce thickens and switch off the flame.

    Garnish with chopped spring onion greens.
