Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Paneer: 1 cup cubed


  • Onions: 1 finely sliced


  • Capsicum: 2 sliced


  • Green chillies: 2


  • Garlic: 1 tbsp finely chopped


  • Corn flour: 1 /2 cup


  • Salt: 1 tsp


  • Black pepper powder: 1 tsp


  • Soya sauce: 2 tbsp


  • Tomato sauce: 1 tbsp


  • Red chilli sauce: 2 tbsp


  • Vegetable oil: 3 tbsp 1/2 cup for frying

Directions

  • Prepare batter by mixing together corn flour,soya sauce, Red Chilli sauce,little salt and water.
  • Heat oil in a wok. Dip the pander cubes in prepared batter and deep fry till golden brown. Drain and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok,add garlic and saute for a minute.
  • Add onion and saute till it turns soft.
  • Add capsicum and saute for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Add salt and black pepper powder and toss.
  • Add all thr sauces at this stage and mix well.
  • Now add the fried paneer cubes to the pan and mix well.
  • Add little water to the remaining batter and add this to the pan.
  • Cook for a minute till the sauce thickens and switch off the flame.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onion greens.
