Boiled rice: 2 cups
Carrots: 1/2 cup finely chopped
Capsicum: 1/2 cup finely chopped
French beans: 1/2 cup finely chopped
Cabbage: 1/2 cup chopped
Garlic: 1 tbsp finely chopped
Paneer: 1 cub cubed
Soya sauce: 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce: 1 tbsp 1 tsp
Pepper powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 to 2 tsp
Oil: 2 tbsp
Spring onion leaves: 1 tbsp chopped
Corn flour: 1 tbsp
Schezwan sauce: 1 tsp
In a bowl mix together corn flour,soya sauce,red chilli sauce,schezwan sauce and salt.
Mix paneer cubes to this and keep it for 5 mins.
Heat a pan, spread little oil.
Add the paneer cubes and shallow fry till it becomes golden and crisp.
Remove from pan and keep aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in the same oan , add garlic and toss for few seconds.
Add chopped veggies gradually and saute on high flame for 5 to 6 mins.
Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
Add soya sauce and red chilli sauce and mix.
Add the boiled rice and toss well. the rice should be cooled before adding if not you can use leftover rice too.
Finally add the fried paneer cubes and sprinkle chopped spring onion greens and mix well.
