Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cups Paneer cubes cut into 1 inch

  • 1 medium sized onion cut into 1 inch

  • 1 capsicum deseeded and cut into 1 inch

  • 3 tablespoon Mustard oil

  • 1 tspn garlic paste

  • 1 tspn Ginger paste

  • 1/2 cup hung curd

  • 1 tspn red chilli powder

  • 1 tspn coriander powder

  • 1 tspn Chat masala

  • 1/2 tspn Garam masala

  • 1 tspn Kasuri Methi

  • 2 medium.size pizza base

  • 1 cup mozarella cheese

  • 1 tspn oregano

  • 4 tbspn pizza sauce or as required

  • 1/2 tspn red chilli flakes

  • 2 tspn olive oil

    In a bowl Mix mustard oil , ginger garlic paste, hung curd, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chat masala,Garam masala, kasuri methi

    Toss the paneer and mix well so that the cubes are very well coated . Let it rest for half an hour or maximum upto couple of hours

    Pre heat oven to 220 C . Skewer the paneer cubes with onion and capsicum in between.

    Place the skewers on the cooking rack and bake for 15 minutes turning ones half way.

    Grease the baking pan with olive oil . Preheat your oven to 220C atleast 20 minutes before you begin baking.

    Place pizza base .Apply pizza sauce . Now place paneer tikka , bell peppers and onions .

    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and oregano and red chilli flakes

  • 08

    Bake the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes . Or till the cheese turns slightly brown and pizza base has been cooked.

  • 09

    Remove and serve paneer tikka pizza.
