Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 1/2 cup grated paneer


  • 1/2 grated normal cheese


  • 1 tbsp each finely chopped ( red, yellow, green capsicum)


  • 1 nos small onion chopped


  • 2 tbsp Chopped ginger garlic


  • 1 tsp oregano


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 tsp crushed pepper


  • 1 tbsp corn starch

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and make dough.
  • Take aluminium foil and place the dough on one side like cylinder and roll the dough with aluminium foil tightly.
  • Make it like rulad. Close the both ends.
  • Steam it in steamer for 20 minutes.
  • Take out the roll and allow to come to room temperature.
  • Open the wrap , slice as per requirement.
  • Have it just as it is with any type of dip. Or put in the sandwich, burger as stuffing.
