Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup grated pumpkin

  • 2 tablespoon gram flour (chickpea flour or besan)

  • 1 teaspoon rice flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 green chili finely chopped

  • 1-inch ginger grated

  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

Directions

    Take a bowl, add grated pumpkin, gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, carom seeds, salt, green chili, ginger, coriander leaves, and 1 teaspoon oil and mix nicely without water.

    Heat oil in a pan, drop the pakodas and fry till golden brown in color. Transfer into a plate and sprinkle some chat masala.

    Now pumpkin pakodas ready to serve.
