Pressure cook raw banana upto two whistles.
After that peel that and mash it very well so that lumps should not remain.
Now add finely chopped onion and all the dry spices ingredients.
Mix it very well as a soft dough.
Now brush the tawa with oil.
Make kebab in any shape and put it on the tawa.
now when it starts getting brown from the bottom then flip it.
Again let it cook.
It should be golden crispy from both sides.
When it becomes crispy,transfer it into a plate.
serve raw banana kebabs with thai sauce and ketchup.
or you can have it with green chutney and onions too.
