Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cup water


  • 3 tablespoon peas


  • 5 tablespoon carrots


  • 3 tablespoon bell pepper


  • 1 tablespoon peri peri masala


  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup


  • 1 tablespoon chilli sauce


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1/4 cup mashed paneer


  • 1/4 cup chopped paneer


  • 1 tablespoon Salt


  • 1 cube mozerella cheese


  • 3 tablespoon cheddar cheese


  • 1 tablespoon butter


  • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tablespoon Sweet corn

Directions

  • In a bowl put maida,salt,water knead a soft dough and cover with a choth
  • In a pan put butter ,ginger garlic paste,onion,carrot,peas, Bell pepper,sweet corn,soya sauce,ketchup,peri peri masala and fry well and put all the cheese on it
  • Take our dough and divide it into 10 equal parts and roll them
  • Take a pizza cutter and cut rectangle of rolled dough
  • In a large pan (kadhai) heat up oil and fry your paneer pocket for 7-8 minutes and your paneer pocket are ready to eat
