In a bowl put maida,salt,water knead a soft dough and cover with a choth
In a pan put butter ,ginger garlic paste,onion,carrot,peas, Bell pepper,sweet corn,soya sauce,ketchup,peri peri masala and fry well and put all the cheese on it
Take our dough and divide it into 10 equal parts and roll them
Take a pizza cutter and cut rectangle of rolled dough
In a large pan (kadhai) heat up oil and fry your paneer pocket for 7-8 minutes and your paneer pocket are ready to eat
