Take besan,suji,salt and sugar in a bowl
Add oil and curd
Mix finely them
And keep for 20 min to set battar
Devide the battar in 6 parts
Add each puree in each battar
Keep sixth part as it is means white
Then take one part of battar and add one part of eno and salt
Devide eno also in 6 parts
And make all battar like this
Grease a dhokla tray and pour battar one by one
Cook dhoklas in steamer for 20 min.
Let them cool a little
Till then make tempering with given ingredents
And temper them
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve with chutney or sauce
