Ingredients

  • Ragi flour 1 cup

  • Jaggery 1/2 cup

  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

  • Grated coconut 1/4 cup

  • Dry fruit powder 1 tsp

  • Water 1 cup

Directions

    In pan fry the ragi flour for 10 min

  • 02

    In another pan boil water and Jaggery .strain it and set it aside

  • 03

    In bowl add fried ragi flour,salt,cardamom powder,dry fruits powder mix well.after add jaggery syrup little by little to form a smooth dough

    Knead it well.after add grated coconut. Mix well.make small balls and press gently with fingers

  • 05

    In steamer add ragi kolukattai and steam it for 15 min.healthy and yummy ragi kolukattai is Ready to serve.
