Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Ragi flour 1 cup


  • Jaggery 1/2 cup


  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp


  • Grated coconut 1/4 cup


  • Dry fruit powder 1 tsp


  • Water 1 cup

Directions

  • In pan fry the ragi flour for 10 min
  • In another pan boil water and Jaggery .strain it and set it aside
  • In bowl add fried ragi flour,salt,cardamom powder,dry fruits powder mix well.after add jaggery syrup little by little to form a smooth dough
  • Knead it well.after add grated coconut. Mix well.make small balls and press gently with fingers
  • In steamer add ragi kolukattai and steam it for 15 min.healthy and yummy ragi kolukattai is Ready to serve.
