Ingredients

1 pound of callus.
1/2 pound of a big onion
1/2 pork
1/2 pound of tomatoes
2 garlic hulls
1 pound of peeled and minced Creole potato
3 chorizos
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1 Saffron to taste
1 bucket of meat
1 cilantro

Directions
Wash the callus very well, chop it into squares, place in a pressure cooker and cook the callus until it is soft.
