First make a daugh with maida,salt,oil and spinach pyuri
Grind the fali and coconut
Take a pan heat oil
Add onion chopped
When onion pinkish all veggies put it
Spread salt and keep it slow flame for 5 min
Add soya sauce and tometo sauce
Add paneer and potatoes
Add chilli flacks ,mix herbs ,coconut and fali mixture
Mix well off the gas
Now take a ball of green daugh
Roll it with roll pin
Take one roti spread tometo sauce
Keep some stuffing on it
Fold it like pocket
Deep fry it
Serve hot with turmrid chutney
