Mix boiled potatoes,peas,all masala powder, coriander leaves, adjust salt to taste
Knead it with out lumps as we do for chapati dough.
Divide potato mixture in to equal size balls . keep it aside
Make a paste from cornflower and water.(little thick)
Gentally press the balls to give shape like balls
Dip those balls in cornflower paste and roll it on vermicelli.
Rest it in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan drop the prepared balls n fry it till it turns golden brown colour.
Sprinkle chat masala on it.serve with tomato ketchup
