Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 medium size potato


  • 1.Grated carrot


  • 2 tbsp Cornflower


  • 1 tsp Chilli pwd


  • 1/2 tsp Haldi


  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp Aamchur pwd


  • Peas1/4 cup


  • Salt 1 tbsp


  • Vermicelli 1 /2 cup


  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions

  • Mix boiled potatoes,peas,all masala powder, coriander leaves, adjust salt to taste
  • Knead it with out lumps as we do for chapati dough.
  • Divide potato mixture in to equal size balls . keep it aside
  • Make a paste from cornflower and water.(little thick)
  • Gentally press the balls to give shape like balls
  • Dip those balls in cornflower paste and roll it on vermicelli.
  • Rest it in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan drop the prepared balls n fry it till it turns golden brown colour.
  • Sprinkle chat masala on it.serve with tomato ketchup
