Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Add cumin seeds and sauté till cumin seeds are brown.
Add onion n green chilies n saute well, add ginger-garlic paste n saute till it turn into light brown.
Add tomato, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, mix well.
Add tomato puree, green capsicum, red bell pepper and garam masala powder.
Add cottage cheese n mix it well.
Pour lemon juice n mix it, cover the lid cook for 2 minutes on low medium flame. till the masala get dry. Garnish with coriander leaves.
U can serve this as a side dish or with chapati.
