Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250gm Paneer (cut into long pieces)


  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds


  • 3 Green chillies chopped


  • 1 Onion cut into strips


  • 1 Tomato cut into strips


  • 1 Green capsicum cut into strips


  • 1 small size Red bell pepper cut into strips


  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder


  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste


  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste


  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree


  • Salt to taste


  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder


  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice


  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil


  • 2 tablespoons Fresh chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Add cumin seeds and sauté till cumin seeds are brown.
  • Add onion n green chilies n saute well, add ginger-garlic paste n saute till it turn into light brown.
  • Add tomato, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, mix well.
  • Add tomato puree,  green capsicum, red bell pepper and garam masala powder.
  • Add cottage cheese n mix it well.
  • Pour lemon juice n mix it, cover the lid cook for 2 minutes on low medium flame. till the masala get dry. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • U can serve this as a side dish or with chapati.
