Paneer Momos

Serves 4

  • 1&1/2 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 cup scrumble paneer

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 1 cup cabbage finely chopped

  • 1 green chili chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • A big pinch of red food color

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil for greasing

  • For Momos Chutney

  • 12 garlic pods

  • 8 dried red chilies

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

    Heat oil in pan add onion, cabbage and saute for minute on high flame.

    Add green chili, paneer and salt mix it well and saute for minute. Keep aside.

    Now take maida add little salt and red food color in it n make soft dough by adding little water. Roll and cut into 7 pieces.

    Take 1 piece make ball n roll it thin cut 3 round pieces with the help of  round cookies cutter.

    Keep  sides by sides press the sides fill mixture in centre. Fold it n roll it. Rose shape momos r ready to go in steamer.

    Heat steamer and grease plate n steam momos for 15 minutes on low flame.

    In meantime made momos chutney. Take garlic pods, dried red chili, salt, vinegar in mixer grinder jar and grind it into fine paste.

    When momos done, transfer it in plate n serve with garlic chili chutney.
