250gm cottage cheese (paneer)
1 tablespoon semolina (sooji)
1 tablespoon all purpose flour (maida)
2 cups sugar (shakkar)
2 cups water (pani)
3 green cardamom
Clarified butter for deep fry
Add sugar, water, green cardamom in wok n make sugar syrup. Keep aside.
Scramble paneer transfer it in grinder add 1/2 cup water n make it into fine batter.
Add semolina and all purpose flour n again grind it till it done into fine batter.
Heat clarified butter in deep wok. Fill batter in piping bag n pour it in jalebi shape in heated clarified butter.. Fry from both the sides till it turn into golden brown. Take out and deep it in sugar syrup.
Paneer Jalebi's are ready to eat. Serve this hot.
