Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 250gm paneer {cut into pieces}


  • 1 Capsicum cut into pieces


  • 8 nos cherry tomatoes


  • 1 large onion finely chopped


  • 1 large tomato finely chopped


  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste


  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste


  • 1 green chili


  • Salt as per taste


  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder


  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves


  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in wok, add onion n saute till it get transparent. Add ginger garlic paste n saute for minute on low flame.
  • Add tomatoes and green chilies. mix it and saute for minute on medium flame.
  • Add salt, red chili, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder mix it add little water n saute well. Cook till oil starts floating on all over masala.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, capsicum, green peas. cover the lid n cook for 5minutes on low flame. Add paneer pieces n mix it gently.
  • Add paneer pieces n mix it gently.
  • Add coriander leaves n mix it Serve this to a plate with roti.
