Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Tofu - 200gm


  • Capsicum - 1 piece (cube chopped)


  • Onion - 1 piece (cube chopped)


  • Tomato - 1 piece (deseeded and cube chopped)


  • Curd - 1/2cup


  • Red chilli powder - 1teaspoon


  • Tikka masala - 1teaspoon


  • Salt - 1teaspoon


  • Oil - 2tablespoons


  • Mustard oil - 1 tablespoon


  • Gram flour roasted - 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Take a bowl add curd, red chilli powder, salt, tikka masala, mustard oil and gram flour mix it well.
  • Add all the vegetables and cube chopped tofu mix it well and keep it aside for 20min.
  • Take a pan add Greece it with oil.
  • After 20min pan fry all the vegetables and tofu till it light brown.
  • Tofu Tikka is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves and with chutney.
