Serves 3

  • 3 eggs

  • 125ml milk

  • 3 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp melted butter or ghee

  • 8 slices bread

    In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk and sugar.

  • 02

    Heat a non stick pan, with a little butter/ghee or oil to Toast the bread.

  • 03

    Take a slice of bread, dip it in the egg mixture, coating both the sides and carefully place it on the heated pan.

  • 04

    Toast both the sides to a slight golden brown colour. Repeat the same process with the remaining bread slices.
