Bread slices 8-10 nos
Cheese grated 2 tbsp
Sweetcorn(boiled and frozen) 1/2 cups
Onion large (finely chopped) 2 nos
Capsicum big(finely chopped) 1 nos
Oregano 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup 2 tsp
Oil for deep frying 250 ml
water or as required 1 cups
salt 1 tsp
Heat butter in a pan and add onion, capsicum and sweetcorn and saute them.
Now add oregano, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and mix well and let it cool.
Now add grated cheese and tomato ketchup mix it.
Take a piece of bread slice and soak it in water for few seconds and squeeze it properly.
Take a small portion of stuffing and put it in between the squeezed bread and fold it by pressing it and give a shape of cutlet.
