Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Bread slices 8-10 nos

  • Cheese grated 2 tbsp

  • Sweetcorn(boiled and frozen) 1/2 cups

  • Onion large (finely chopped) 2 nos

  • Capsicum big(finely chopped) 1 nos

  • Oregano 1 tsp

  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp

  • Butter 1 tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • Tomato Ketchup 2 tsp

  • Oil for deep frying 250 ml

  • water or as required 1 cups

  • salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat butter in a pan and add onion, capsicum and sweetcorn and saute them.

    Now add oregano, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and mix well and let it cool.

    Now add grated cheese and tomato ketchup mix it.

    Take a piece of bread slice and soak it in water for few seconds and squeeze it properly.

  • 05

    Take a small portion of stuffing and put it in between the squeezed bread and fold it by pressing it and give a shape of cutlet.
