Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup pearl millet


  • 1 chop onion


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp chop ginger


  • 4 cloves of garlic


  • 2 tbsp chopped tomato


  • 2 tbsp boiled corn


  • 2 tbsp boiled peas


  • 2 tbsp chopped carrot


  • 2 tsp lemon zest


  • 1 lemon juice


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 3 thick paneer slices


  • 1 tbsp mustard dressing


  • 1 tbsp mayo


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 3 watermelon slices cut in rounds


  • 1 tsp seasme seeds


  • 1 tsp flakes


  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tsp honey

Directions

  • Boil 2 cup water add salt and millet
  • Cook millet
  • Heat oil in pan and add jeera
  • Then add garlic,ginger and onion
  • Saute them
  • Add all vegetables except tomato and cook
  • Add millet and tomato
  • Squeeze lemon juice and add zest
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves
  • Now cut 3 rounds from watermelon with cookie cutter
  • Take mustard dressing and mayo mix them
  • Add paneer slices in it and let them marinate for 20 min.
  • Then take grill pan and add butter
  • Grill paneer slices
  • And watermelon slices
  • Sprinkle salt ,pepper,seasme seeds and flakes on paneer
  • Add honey and salt on watermelon
  • Serve upma with grilled watermelon and paneer
  • Pour some mustard mayo sauce
