Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup pearl millet

  • 1 chop onion

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp jeera

  • 1 tsp chop ginger

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tbsp chopped tomato

  • 2 tbsp boiled corn

  • 2 tbsp boiled peas

  • 2 tbsp chopped carrot

  • 2 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp haldi

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 3 thick paneer slices

  • 1 tbsp mustard dressing

  • 1 tbsp mayo

  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves

  • 3 watermelon slices cut in rounds

  • 1 tsp seasme seeds

  • 1 tsp flakes

  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

  • 1 tsp honey

Directions

    Boil 2 cup water add salt and millet

  • 02

    Cook millet

  • 03

    Heat oil in pan and add jeera

  • 04

    Then add garlic,ginger and onion

  • 05

    Saute them

  • 06

    Add all vegetables except tomato and cook

    Add millet and tomato

  • 08

    Squeeze lemon juice and add zest

    Sprinkle coriander leaves

    Now cut 3 rounds from watermelon with cookie cutter

    Take mustard dressing and mayo mix them

    Add paneer slices in it and let them marinate for 20 min.

    Then take grill pan and add butter

    Grill paneer slices

    And watermelon slices

    Sprinkle salt ,pepper,seasme seeds and flakes on paneer

    Add honey and salt on watermelon

    Serve upma with grilled watermelon and paneer

    Pour some mustard mayo sauce
